Achievements, also commonly known as Badges, are awards players can obtain in-game or through other means (e.g. "Group Member" by joining the LSPLASH Roblox group). Unlocking an achievement whilst playing the game will show a UI notification on the top right of the player's screen, as well as awarding the player with a badge.
In the Lobby, players can display one of their earned achievements above their character. The achievement "Welcome" is displayed by default; the achievement being displayed can be changed via the Game Settings. Each achievement or category of achievements has a unique text color that represents the displayed achievement rarity or difficulty when being displayed. A total of 94 achievements are in the game, when classified into the 8 categories, are: 20 "General", 24 "Entities", 25 "Crucifix", 11 "Floors", 5 "Collabs", 5 "Events", 5 "Removed", and 1 "Hidden" achievements ("QA Tester"), with the QA Tester badge being exclusive to game testers.

Bugs
- When The Mines was released, the "Trespassing" badge was obtained when starting The Nest. This was fixed after the nerf.
- "In Plain Sight" achievement is not obtainable by hiding from A-60, A-120, Blitz, RNIUSHCg== or AR0xMBUSH without a hiding spot.
- The "Unbound" achievement is unobtainable by using a Crucifix on Ambush using the "Again & Again & Again" modifier.
- The "Meet Jack" achievement was only obtainable for meeting Bloodroom Jack, and meeting Closet Jack didn't give the achievement, from August 30, 2024, to October 24, 2024.
- The "Rebound" achievement was broken and unobtainable after August 26, 2023 (the Modifiers Update). Since then, it has been fixed.
- The "Wrong Room" achievement is usually not obtainable and only rarely gets granted from opening a Dupe door. The exact conditions to get it are still currently unknown.
- The badge can be obtained if a Crucifix is used on it, giving the player both the "Wrong Room" and "Outwitted" badges. Until now this is the only possible way.
- The “Sshh!” achievement was unobtainable even if no drawers were opened and The Library was completed from September 1, 2024, to September 17, 2024. This was later fixed.
- This bug then recurred after Floor 2 was released, though that has also been fixed.
- When The Content Update released, 4 of the new badges didn't have icons, though this has been fixed. Those achievements are as follows: Trial and Error, Playtime, Rocky Road and A Hard Place.
- When The Content Update released, "A Hard Place" had the same outer frame color as the "Not Five Stars" and "Rocky Road" achievements (yellow-purple).
Trivia
- LSPLASH has said in a Q&A that some achievement icons might get updated soon, as some icons are either outdated, a reused picture from another icon achievement or a screenshot from an earlier trailer.[1]
- All of the achievement titles as seen in-game roughly indicate the difficulty of obtaining the badge, displayed in the table below.

- There was originally going to be a "Thousand of Many" death badge, though it was scrapped as it would be unlikely that anybody would obtain it without purposefully dying.
- A total of 8 achievements can be obtained without playing a single run of any floor (Welcome, Welcome Back, Join The Group, Tower Hero, True Tower Hero, Hotel Adventurer, Void Buster, and You're It). This would require joining the game on two different days, joining the LSPLASH Group, fully completing the Tower Heroes Event, and playing one round in The Courtyard map during the Untitled Tag Game Collab.
- However, a total of 56 achievements can be obtained by only playing one round, with an extremely low chance due to crucifix spawns.
- The "In Plain Sight" badge's original icon got content deleted for "sexual content" according to the warning. LSPLASH thought this was because of the Roblox character looking naked in the icon, so they gave them fake doors merch in the icon.[4]
- As of now, it is only possible to obtain “Red Mist”, “Stop Right There”, “Grin Reaper”, "Time Out", "Blue Light" and "Lookman No Looking" by activating the “Room For More", “Blitz, Oh", "Make Haste" and "Look, Man" modifiers on either The Hotel or The Mines.
- Although it is possible to encounter and even obtain the "Lookman No Looking" achievement by activating the "Trick or Treat" Modifier, then eating a candy with the "Look, Man" effect, after which the entity can be crucified.
- It is also possible to obtain "Stop Right There" achievement with "Trick or Treat" modifier by eating the candy "Room for More?" and crucifying A-90 (which will spawn 0-30 seconds after eating the candy)
- It was confirmed by Ghostly Wowzers that entities such as Guiding Light, Sally, and Shadow will never receive in-game achievements.
- However, in The Content Update, Sally was updated with more functionality and was given two badges, so this statement is outdated.
- There are two versions of the "Rock Bottom" badge (although they are treated as the same badge in-game): one that was obtainable before the Hotel+ Update, and one that is obtainable after the Hotel+ Update.)
- The "Survival The Jeff the Killer" badge has for some reason two different icons, with one being the original image of Jeff the Killer, which appears in its UI notification and when a player displays the badge on the lobby (both examples seen below). The second one is an image with black static, which can be seen on the Roblox website.[5]
- The image used for the "Group Member" badge is the same icon as the Fandom account of LSplashYeet.
- Void Buster is the first secret achievement and most likely last as there probably won't be any more secret achievements.[6]
- The icon for the badge "Not Five Stars" uses El Goblino's Tower Heroes model instead of his official one in game.
- The icon shows a different viewpoint of the laptop used in Tower Heroes's modifier "Doors UI".
- The "Survival The Jeff The Killer" badge's name used to be "?????" with a description of "erm guys? theres a new badge? look!! look!!".
- The "Hotel Hell" badge image uses the same model of Seek as the "Take A Breather" achievement image.
- In an old teaser of the settings menu, a badge called "Dead Of Night" can be seen above LSPLASH's avatar. This badge went unused, but was later re-added.
- It is thought that this was for Dread before it was removed. Although, Dread was later added back in the DOORS x The Hunt update but did not come with the badge. With Floor 2 being released, however, it has been added back, along with a Crucifix achievement for Dread.
- Jack's badge icon has the same background as Rock Bottom, but significantly darker.
- Multiple other badges can be seen in the background of the "Buddy System" badge.
- A blurred version of the "Welcome" badge appears to be in the background.
- Halt's eyes are in the background of the badge, and they seem to be copied from Halt's own badge, "Two Steps Forward".
- While hard to notice, the "Rock Bottom" badge is also overlaid with the background as well.
- The "Rock Bottom" and "See You Soon" badges can be obtained even when spectating someone else beating The Hotel and The Mines respectively. Same goes with "Not Five Stars", "Hotel Hell", "Rocky Road" and "A Hard Place" badges.
- If one player in a group escapes the Rooms, all players are awarded with the Back On Track badge, even if they died in the Rooms.
- This is likely because all players are revived when leaving the Rooms, and the achievement is awarded when re-entering The Hotel.
- The 10 rarest achievements as of July 7, 2025, are:
- A Hard Place (29,765 owners)
- Grin Reaper (37,512 owners)
- Rocky Road (43,590 owners)
- Red Mist (54,763 owners)
- Void Buster (69,183 owners)
- Survival The Jeff The Killer (77,600 owners)
- Time Out (79,830 owners)
- Red Light (95,389 owners)
- Stop Right There (95,572 owners)
- Lookman No Looking (98,806 owners)
- The font used for achievements in-game (not in the Lobby's "Achievements" tab) is most likely the "Bahnschrift SemiLight Condensed".
- The majority of the crucifixion badges seem to involve the entity in the entity-specific badge to be in what seems to be a state of fear.
- Scammed, Take A Breather and All Figured Out are the only crucifix achievements which have a bright image.
- The "Survival the Jeff the Killer" badge is slightly larger than the other badge icons when being shown at the top of the in-game achievement menu.
- Some Badges have outdated Icons, those being Welcome and Welcome Back (due to having an older version of the lobby), Expert Technician (due to having the pre-Hotel+ update Electrical Room), Two Steps Forward (due to having the old Halt's hallway), Meet Jack (due to having an older version of Jack) and Sshh! (due to having the old library).
- The "Flyswatter" achievement's name was changed to "Bug Bomb", which is still obtained by crucifying Gloombats.
- On Roblox, the badge is still referred to as "Flyswatter".
- Hardstuck is the first achievement to have multiple variations and serial numbers, with 5 in total.
- Hardstuck's achievement in the Roblox inventory description changed from "So... this is ELO hell." to "Wow! I Wonder What This Is For"[7]
Cultural References
- Eyes' achievement description, "Last chance to look at me", is a reference to a line spoken by Gustavo Fring in a scene between him and rival Hector Salamanca from a Breaking Bad episode titled "Face Off".
- Their achievement icon also features more eyes than the entity has, with a total of 60 eyes. This is because the image of Eyes was duplicated and added to the corners of the achievement icon.

- Timothy's achievement description, however, is a potential reference to an action in The Henry Stickmin Collection's 4th 'episode', Infiltrating the Airship, where during the Government Supported Private Investigator route, Henry attempts to spook a clan member with a tiny spider on a stick, but instead to scream or being scared and running, the clan member greeting it warmly, saying "Oh, hello Mr. Spider." before Henry hitting him in the head with the stick being the member dazed and knocked out.
- The "Error" badge icon is a distorted image of Glitch taken from this tweet. (0:07)
- This is the first ever badge to be modified, as its badge icon went from the infamous content deleted image to its current one. The description was also changed, with it formerly being "Note to self: stick with the team."
- Was changed because many players think the icon was failing to load.
- This is the first ever badge to be modified, as its badge icon went from the infamous content deleted image to its current one. The description was also changed, with it formerly being "Note to self: stick with the team."

- They, along with Scammed, are also the only Crucifix-related achievements that aren't images of the entity shrouded in darkness. This may be because they are not actually banished and are only stuck in place for a moment. However, Louie can be banished upon using a Crucifix on him.
- Furthermore, Queen Grumble’s Crucifix badge does not follow this rule, instead being shrouded in darkness like other entities.
