The subject and name of this article has no proper denomination, and is unofficially titled based on conjecture or references found in-game.

It has a high chance to spawn from Door 153-Door 199. Players have to move multiple minecarts to unlock different areas containing other minecarts, which will eventually open the exit. Dupe has a 75% chance to spawn in this room^{[citation needed]}.

Overview[edit | edit source]

When entering, the room consists of a train station-like environment, with two platforms and minecart rails in the middle. To the left side of the platform, there is a ladder where the player can climb to the upper floor, showcasing multiple tracks with minecarts on them. On the other side of the platform, the door to the next room is blocked.

The Railway Station is extremely likely to be encountered during a player's run.
The Railway Station is the main room showcasing the minecart room mechanic in The Mines.
The Railway Station spawns very commonly between Doors 153-199. It can only spawn once per run.
Dupe has a 75% chance to spawn in this room, behind the door on the opposite platform from the one players entered in, although, they are easy to avoid. Since the exit is always behind the wooden planks, players know that Dupe will only spawn behind that certain door.
Although The Railway Station is a Mines room, it's technically a part of The Sewers.
You do not need to push the minecart up the hill behind its spawn location to break the boards and can instead repeatedly push it forward.
You must pull the lever at the far left side of the room to bring the minecart to the boards at the bottom.
As this is considered a time-consuming puzzle room, Dread takes longer to spawn in it than in other normal rooms.
