On release, the following game mechanics were added: Floors, Doors, Achievements, Controls, Interactables, Containers, Hiding, Heartbeat Control Minigame, Looting, Items, Shops, Death Screen, Health, Damage, Inventory, Movement Speed, Gold, Knobs, Codes, Boosts, and Revive.
