The Smoothie is guaranteed to spawn on tables within basements excluding The Courtyard's basement.

Usage[edit | edit source]

The Smoothie can be used to immediately heal 35 health points to the player.

Pros[edit | edit source]

Heals 35 HP when used.
Can be stored multiple times in a player's inventory.
Transforms into a Moonlight Float when placed in a rift, granting the player the Lost In Translation achievement if they haven't obtained it yet.
Can be commonly found in small and large basements (excluding Courtyard Basement).
Can be useful in The Rooms if attacked by A-90.

Cons[edit | edit source]

Can't be stacked like other items, such as Vitamins, causing them to take up multiple inventory slots.
Only obtainable in The Hotel and currently nowhere else.
Can't be found if players are using Less Stuff or Out of Stuff modifiers.

Trivia[edit | edit source]

It was confirmed that this drink was a Smoothie before the Admin Panel was available.^[1]
Despite its name, it more closely resembles a mug of beer. The name is used to keep the maturity rating Mild (9+) due to mentions or existence of consumable alcohol being rated Restricted (17+) in Roblox.
When placing a Smoothie inside the Rift, it will transform into a Moonlight Float, except on the Yellow rift from Curious light.
Smoothie can spawn at most 3 times in a run.
The Smoothie is the second item able to reward Lost In Translation by being transformed in the Rift, the first being the Candle.
