The Smoothie can be used to immediately heal 35 health points to the player.

- Can be stored multiple times in a player's inventory.
- Transforms into a Moonlight Float when placed in a rift, granting the player the Lost In Translation achievement if they haven't obtained it yet.
- Can be commonly found in small and large basements (excluding Courtyard Basement).
- Can be useful in The Rooms if attacked by A-90.
