Upon interacting with a Glitch Fragment, one of three currently documented things will happen:
- Many Corrupted Screeches spawn in, they currently have no known name.
- RNIUSHCg== spawns.
- AROxMBUSH spawns.
Surviving the encounter will give the player the "Trial and Error" Achievement. The way to find this fragment is to have a very lucky run, due to the Glitch Fragment having a VERY low chance of spawning.
