It is also likely to be obtainable at room A-1000 of The Rooms, although as a result of the recent release of the update, this cannot be confirmed.

Usage

When used, the Barrel of Starlight makes the player glow, heals 100 health and provides a speed boost. The healing done by the Bottle of Starlight can reach over maximum HP, granting players temporary overheal. This drains at a rate that causes them to reach 100 HP once the effect ends, so long as no damage is taken during that time. The speed boost, glow, and overheal last for about 120 seconds(needs be be confirmed). The Bottle of Starlight doesn't affect any instant-death entities although the extra health is present.

Notes

• The Barrel of Starlight can be consumed up to 5 times before being discarded.
• If using the vial at full health, players will be given a temporary overheal.
• The potion can save from entities that deal at least 100 damage or more such as Ambush, but still get damaged by them.

Pros and Cons

Pros

• Can be consumed multiple times
• The speed effects of the Barrel of Starlight can be stacked with Vitamins, giving a very short but very quick speed boost.
• Provides a massive amount of overheal if used at full health, which is helpful for reducing damage from entities.
• It can be used as a light source for dark rooms if a player has no kind of light source, such as a flashlight, lighter, etc.

Cons

• As of right now, the obtainment method for this item is unknown, with the exception of having stored an NVCS-3000 in the rift prior to the update

Trivia

• This is the only "Starlight" item that can be consumed multiple times.
