Glitch Fragments are a rare interactable that can be found in The Hotel and The Mines. Upon interacting with a Glitch Fragment, one of three currently documented things will happen:

Many glitchy Screeches spawn in, they currently have no known name.
RNIUSHCg== spawns.
AROxMBUSH spawns.
AROxMBUSHAROxMBUSH spawns.

Surviving the encounter will give the player the "Trial and Error" Achievement.
