Glitch Fragments are a rare interactable that can be found in The Hotel and The Mines. Upon interacting with a Glitch Fragment, an entity called RNIUSHCg== will appear, manifesting itself in two documented ways:
Surviving will give the player the "Trial and Error" Achievement.
