Glitch Fragments are a rare interactable that can be found in The Hotel and The Mines. Upon interacting with a Glitch Fragment, one of two documented things will appear:

Many glitchy Screeches.
A blue Rush/Ambush.

Surviving will give the player the "Trial and Error" Achievement.
