Jack appearing behind a door has a 1/2000 chance of happening. If you enter this room you will get jumpscared by Jack and be greeted with dotted red floors as a depiction of blood. Rush, Ambush, Eyes cannot appear in the Red Room. Jack also has a 1/20 chance to appear in a closet.

Shadow is a harmless entity that only scares the player for 0.5 seconds. This has a 1/? chance of happening.

Window can sometimes appear outside of a window in the Hotel. This has a very rare chance of happening though.

An image of Drip Goku accompanied by a Vine boom sound effect has a 1/? chance of appearing when clicking the Return to Lobby button on the Death Screen.

Timothy has a 1/200 chance to startle the player when opening a container, dealing 5 damage.
