It was added in the Hotel+ update.

Usage

As of writing, this item is found exclusively behind the Skull Door in the Infirmary, which appears some rooms after where Jeff's Shop is located.

The Herb can be used by any players via holding the interact key. Once used, it will provide the player a passive effect of slowly regenerating their health for the entire run, which is denoted by an icon with a green leaf above the health bar.
