hi
hi, i didn't have any plans for what to do with this page so here's some templates & how to use them

If you want to include a parameter, add "|" followed by the name of the parameter than "=" (required parameter's will just be at the start in order, no need to add the name or "=", just add "|" and it's there)

Replace "TEXT" with Text (that text can be another template but really should just be plain text)

Replace "IMAGE" with an image (just the image name and file extension)

Replace "SOUND" with a sound (just the sound name and file extension)

Replace "BOOLEAN" with either "1" (true) or "0" (false)

Replace "PAGE" with the name of a page

Anything with "OR" between it means that that's 2 different options for what to have there

Anything Italicized (tilted letters) refers to a parameter of that template

'''Entities''' is the template for Entities, as an Infobox it should go above the rest of the page (or at the top of a tabber tab)

It has 17 parameters

The name of the entity

TEXT

==='''image'''===
A render of the entity

*TEXT

==='''floors'''===
A list of what floors the entity appears on (non-collab), you may duplicate this line's contents to add more of it

*[PAGE]

==='''damage'''===

OR

'''Floors''' is the template for floors, there really shouldn't be a page that needs this without it but just in case I'll put it here, as an Infobox it should go above the rest of the page (or at the top of a tabber tab).

It has 5 parameters

==='''title'''===
The name of the floor

TEXT

==='''image'''===
a picture of the first room in the floor

IMAGE

==='''caption'''===
a caption for the ''image''

TEXT

==='''rooms'''===

They can also also be used to display what button to push

Achievement=

'''Achievement''' is the template for [[Achievements]], this one's strange because some of it's formatting is outside of the template so you should just copy and paste the formatting than put the template inside (the blank row in the formatting, put more templates immediately after the first to add more achievements on the list)

formatting

It has 4 parameters

Dialogue=

'''Dialogue''' is the template for characters saying multiple lines in a row, or for a conversation (when does that ever happen in Doors?)

Dialogue can have infinite parameters of two types and one of another type and ten of another type
the parameter types must be in the following order

==='''Shortcut'''===
Whatever it's name is (first text) changes to it's contents (second text) when mentioned later in the template as a name, you may name this whatever you want unless the name starts with "mood". Ignore the formatting for adding parameters i mentioned at the top of the page, just add the <nowiki>|</nowiki> before this parameter to add it.

TEXT=TEXT

==='''text'''===
The character's name and what they say (if reading source ignore the <nowiki>"<nowiki>" and </nowiki>"</nowiki>"), the first half is the character's name (you can type a ''shortcut''), the second half is what the character says. alternatively you can put the first half as "action" and the second half as what hapens (to have a character named "action" you must use a shortcut). Ignore the formatting for adding parameters i mentioned at the top of the page, just add the <nowiki>|</nowiki> before this parameter to add it.

TEXT<nowiki>|</nowiki>TEXT

OR

action<nowiki>|</nowiki>TEXT

==='''cite'''===
The conversation's origin. This one is a normal parameter and thus only has a finite amount (one) and uses the formatting for adding a parameter mentioned at the top of this page.

TEXT

==='''mood#'''===
The mood to appear after a specific line. there's ten of these and each is named "mood" followed by a number 1 to 10, these indicate what text to put after that character's name for that number's line

TEXT

{{Dialogue

|act=action
|dri=Drippo [[File:Drippo no BG.png|frameless|{{{size|24x24px}}}]]

|dri|It is good day to be not stabbed
|action|Drippo gets stabbed
|dri|Ow
|act|Hello, i am action

|cite = I made this up

|mood4=existent

Quote=
'''Quote''' is commonly used at the top of a page for an entity.

It has 4 parameters but some are duplicates so it's really just 2

==='''quote'''===
What is said

TEXT

==='''speaker'''===
who said it

TEXT

{{Quote|quote=Quote is commonly used at the top of a page for an entity.|speaker=Glorious}}

Anchor=

'''Anchor''' lets you make links to that specific part of the page via adding # followed by ''Anchor'' to the end of a link ([https://doors-game.fandom.com/wiki/User:Gloriousawesome#Example example]) (does not work in tabbers)

It has 1 required parameter

==='''Anchor'''===
What the text after the "#" should be in the link (this has the same name as the template itself)

{{Anchor

{{!}}-{{!}}
Button=

'''Button''' is the template to link to an article without it being text (the parameters need to be on the same line)

It has 2 required parameters

==='''article'''===
The page to link to

PAGE

==='''text'''===
What the button says on it

TEXT

{{Button|User:Gloriousawesome|Example (links back to this page)}}
