As mentioned previously, Gl and Cl are both an amalgamation of spirits who were killed by entities or the void in the hotel. The entities were also, at one point, alive (Besides glitch). Figure was the first to become an entity, and died from an explosion in the electrical room. Figure was the hotel's owner. |

When Seek first entered the hotel, Figure was the only entity. When Seek's pre-entity form reached the electrical room, he was unable to outrun Figure and died. |
