When entering, the room consists of a train station-like environment, with two platforms and [[minecart]] rails in the middle. To the left side of the platform, there is a [[Climbing|ladder]] where the player can climb to the upper floor, showcasing multiple tracks with minecarts on them. On the other side of the platform, the door to the next room is blocked.

* ''The Railway Station'' spawns very commonly between Doors 153-199. It can only spawn once per run.
* [[Dupe]] has a 75% chance to spawn in this room, behind the door on the opposite platform from the one players entered in, although, they are easy to avoid. Since the exit is always behind the wooden planks, players know that [[Dupe]] will only spawn behind that certain door.
