* [[Sally]] (Re-introduction); Spawns randomly in [[The Hotel]], it will take your items. If you do not have items it will damage you but if you are on low health you will not die because she is a non-fatal entity.
* [[Glitch Fragment|RNIUSHCg==]]; It is in every single floor, and it can be spawned by activating a [[Glitch Fragment]], it behaves similarly to [[Ambush]] if it mixed with [[Rush]]. It does not flicker the lights unlike Rush.
* [[Glitch Fragment|AR0xMBUSH]]; It is in every single floor, and it can be spawned by activating a [[Glitch Fragment]], it behaves like [[Ambush]] except it's more difficult.
