It appears when hiding in any hiding spot from Figure. In the minigame, you need to control your breathing.
Walkthrough
Players need to input Controls depending on their device. As soon as a half of the heart flies into the heart, players need to input the correct control depending on the side of the half.
If a player makes a mistake, or miss a beat, Hide will kick the player out of the hiding spot and the player will be vulnerable to Figure.
Trivia
- As of The Content update, the Heartbeat Control Minigame is present as long as Hide also is and Figure is near the player's hiding spot.
- As Hide is disabled in The Electrical Room, the Heartbeat Control Minigame is missing, making players able to hide forever in this room.
- Because of this, If Hide is temporarily disabled because of the Crucifix, the Heartbeat Control Minigame also won't appear.
- The Heartbeat Control Minigame speeds up as Hide is closer to kick the player from the closet.
- Because of this, the Rent's Due modifier significantly speeds up the Heartbeat Control Minigame from the very start of it.
- Figure is Ewwww farting in her meat funny
- Hide can still kick the player even if they never miss a beat, however the time limit is longer than the limit when there is no minigame.
- This makes hiding during a Figure encounter extremely lethal with the Rent's Due modifier, as the player will be kicked out of the hiding spot before Figure starts moving away, even if they player plays the minigame perfectly.
- After The Mines update, the Heartbeat Control Minigame became multicolored, apparently for those who couldn’t understand well.
- After The Mines update, the Heartbeat Control Minigame was added to Hide as an entity mechanic rather than a Figure-only mechanic, but was removed shortly after The Mines update because it was unintuitive, and it didn't make sense because Figure was related to hearing, whilst the Heartbeat Minigame outside of the Figure rooms provoked confusion.
- In the period from September 1, 2024 to December 20, 2024, Figure did not have a Heartbeat Control Minigame at all, but still checked the closet, and there was a bug where the player could exit the closet while Figure checks it and not die.
