The Moths are in the second floor of DOORS, AKA The Mines. We do not know what it does, but in the full trailer for The Mines, we can see the moths flying around, trying to bite/kill the player. In the full trailer, when you die, Moth Eggs appear on your dead body, meaning this will make more Moths. The way to avoid the Moths is unknown.
