The Three Architects are the lights you see in The Backdoor, The Hotel and The Rooms being Curious Light and Guiding Light, the Third Light has no confirmed/known name.
First/Guiding Light
Guiding Light helps players to beat the game and highlights progressive items/objects such as Room Keys, Levers, Library Books and Circuit Breakers Switches. It also highlights doors in dark rooms if the player doesn't have any light source. Guiding Light will also highlight the doors during the Seek Chase.
The Crucifix that is used on entities is powered by Guiding Light, which is why the Crucifix doesn't work in The Rooms, along with the Candle.
Guiding Light emits sound/light while the Third Light doesn't.
Guiding Light's symbol could be the Moonlight symbol in the modifiers painting, at the entrance to The Rooms.

Although there is not too much proof, it could possibly be Mischievous Light from the Tower Heroes Event.

Trivia/Theory
- Curious Light was supposed to be the Guiding Light, but it was more curious about other things than guiding players. Guiding Light came and has been chosen to assist players since it is more helpful than Curious Light. (Unconfirmed)
- During The Library cutscene, Guiding Light most likely broke the lamp to distract Figure. This is proven by Guiding Light's sparkles on the lamp after the cutscene.
- Guiding Light also likely closed the door at the end of the Seek chase sequence to save the player.
