It is a special feature which allows streamers to interact towards the players mid-stream to either help or hinder the streamer.

• Thinknoodles, one of the testers for this function confirmed that multiple Candy effects will be able to be voted by the stream viewers.
• Effects on the voting GUI hint that Glitch is behind the function.
