He does not appear in any room past the Lobby.

Behavior

Window only appears in the Lobby, and has no current role in-game. You can find Window by the second window in the hallway to the left of where you first spawn. You will be greeted with two glowing white eyes and a wide smile, with glowing white teeth. It's unknown if Window has any other body parts.

Notes:

Window makes no sound and doesn't move. There is no jump-scare and you can't interact with it whatsoever.

Trivia

• Window is the one of the entities that appears in the Lobby (the others being Seek and Timothy) and the only entity that appears no where else in the game.
• Window's official name is currently unconfirmed, but the entity is nicknamed 'Window' by the community, due to it appearing outside a window.
• This entity may be a reference to the Smilers, a popular monster from the Backrooms.
• Window is classified as a miscellaneous entity, meaning it doesn't do damage or impact your gameplay.
• It is currently unknown if Window will appear in-game in future updates.
