Positive
- Good aftertaste: heal boost
- Guidance: Spawns Guiding Light, highlighting the key in a outline, and light. And highlights the correct door if Dupe is active.
- Prize inside: Gives you a random item, including items that cant usually be acquired through normal means (Example being Jeff's Tip Jar)
- Investment: Free Gold
- Made with Gold: A Stronger version of Investment
- Decent Candy: Gives the player 5 HP.
- Duplication: Duplicates all your items
- Money Walk: When walking. you will get 1+ Coin
Neutral
- Glowing: Gives the player bright purple glow
- Regurgitate: Spews out the last candy you ate
- In The Middle: Sets your health to 50%
Negative
- Can-die: 99% damage (Sometimes instant death)
- Bad Aftertaste: Poison
- I Spy: Spawn Eyes
- I Cant Stop: Speed Boost
- Earmuffs: Makes you deaf for a short amount of time
- Psst: 4 Screech's will Spawn
- Lights out: Breaks all the lights in the room
- Horrible aftertaste: A stronger posion
- Look, Man: Lookman Spawn
- Run from it: Spawn Dread
- No Hiding For You: Activates Hide's effect, 40 DMG, and stopping you from hiding for a few seconds.
