General Changes

The Hotel

Retro Mode

In the Lobby, the solo and duos elevator on the right has been changed. The duos elevator is now a squad elevator instead. Its elevator is more like a blocky style. The thumbnail of DOORS has changed. Furthermore, the elevator does not have the Pre-Run Shop or the Soundtrack Elevator Jam playing.

In the Retro Hotel, The Reception has been replaced by a room with versions of Seek and Figure that are most likely supposed to be when games commonly have morphs of the characters in their games. Also, the door is in front of the room. The room has grey wall and floor. It also has some Roblox style advertisement. The Elevator will kick out the player faster than before. There is also a lack of Guiding Light or Curious Light in this mode. Most likely due to the fact that most of the entities are just normal Doors entities, but in the older retro aesthetic.

Appearance

The same as in The Hotel.

Behavior

Rush's behavior is unchanged from the Hotel. It has a chance of spawning when a door is opened, causing the lights to flicker when it does. A rumblling sound can be heard to signify its presence. Finally, Rush will charge through the rooms at high speed, killing any players that are not hiding, shattering the lights in the room and opening the door to the next room if it is not locked.

Behavior

Eyes'behaviour is unchanged from the Hotel. They have a chance of spawning when a door is opened, producing a warped sound as they spawn, giving players roughly a second to look away from them. They will spawn in a random location within a room, rapidly damaging players that directly look at them. However, Eyes will spawn much more frequently than in the Hotel.

Behavior

Screech's behavior is similar to what it is in the Hotel. It has a chance of spawning, approaching players from outside their field of view and hovering in a randomly-chosen spot for a few seconds before attacking. It will make a "psst" sound to announce its presence to the player, who must find it and look at it to scare it away. If they take too long, Screech will proceed to bite the player, dealing significant damage to them before floating away.

In Retro Mode, Screech can attack players anywhere, including The Reception and the final room, unlike in the Hotel, where it can only attack in dark rooms.
