-#You now will need to come up with original mechanic ideas unlike 99.7% of every entity in the doors idea wiki which are basically copies of rush. Now this mechanic can be anything like something involving paintings or the decoration to looting to coins. I beg you to come up with ANY ORIGINAL idea and not copy rush's and ambush's mechanic. If you make an entity like that, it wont be good so make an original mechanic idea.
-#Now the appearance, probably the hardest of them all. You would need to think of something original. Now it can be bright colored, dark colored or really anything. Just be thinking creatively. One thing you need to do is make it surreal or slightly creepy. Making the appearance goofy would make it not scary.
