'''Figure''' is one of the main hostile [[List of Entities|entities]] in ''[[DOORS]],'' and the main antagonist of [[Hotel|The Hotel]], and being the tertiary antagonist in [[The Mines]]. ''Figure'' appears in [[The Library]], [[The Electrical Room]] (both as a boss fight), [[The Chasm]], and two other rooms in The Mines. (both as a mini-boss fight), Despite its temporary demotion in role, Figure remains the reason why the players did not escape yet and also why the players are in The Mines.

=={{Icons|Overview}} Appearance==
<tabber>
Version 4 (Current)=
''Figure'' is a towering humanoid entity with a red fleshy texture. It has a spherical head, lacking any facial features except for a wide, circular mouth filled with 25 randomly aligned teeth. It has a skinny body with a bone-like structure around its chest resembling a ribcage, cysts on the back of its head and a scar on the top of its head.

Prior to the [[The Mines]] update, ''Figure'''s model was a ragdoll, but was given full animation now. Its mouth emits light.
|-|
Version 3=
''Figure'' was very similar to its current design, only having a few less teeth as well as a slightly different body shape making it look slightly less lanky.
|-|
Version 2=
''Figure'' had the size almost equal to the current design, but the head was a sideways oval with 2 holes as the eyes, and had no mouth. Its body parts were also the same (excluding the head) compared to the Version 3 design.
|-|
Version 1=
''Figure'' was very different, having a head that was just a white sideways oval, with the rest of the body being a grey, taller version of the Robloxian 2.0 body.

=={{Icons|Behavior}} Behavior==
[[File:FigureChase.jpg|thumb|Figure, inspecting a noise it heard.]]

===General===
''Figure'' is blind, and cannot see players, but its hearing sense is "exceptional". If it hears any sound close enough to it, such as players walking (staying crouched when near ''Figure'' is recommended) or [[hiding]], it will chase (pursue) the player(s) who made the sound, and/or run towards the sound itself.

Warnings of ''Figure'' pursuing a player include its footsteps becoming louder and faster and will do an aggressive growl. ''Figure'' will only stop chasing the player when crouched, if you just stand still while standing, ''Figure'' will still chase you.
[[File:Figure Jumpscare Better.gif|thumb|Figure's jumpscare.]]
''Figure'' will instantly kill players who touch any part of it. Because ''Figure's'' hitbox is roughly the same as its collidable body, it generally cannot kill players through walls or barriers.
[[File:Heartbeat.png|thumb|The heartbeat minigame (Removed).]]
[[File:Figure Death.png|thumb|A victim of Figure's heartbeat minigame.]]
When ''Figure'' is "checking" a closet that a player is in, it will stand in front of the closet and repeat a "swaying" animation, and its shrieks will be higher pitched and more frequent than they usually are. ''Figure'' will not pursue sounds made by other players while it does this.

''Figure'' will shriek when: it completes a loop in [[The Library]], is about to turn around in [[The Electrical Room]], has detected movement/sound, has detected a player, has detected a player hiding, and/or if it is actively pursuing a player.

Figure can eat Gloombats as seen in this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gW74gslCev0

===[[The Library]]===
[[File:The lamp that distracted the Figure.png|thumb|The lamp that distracted Figure.]]
When Door 50 is opened, a cutscene will play in which ''Figure'' roars, walks out from behind a bookshelf, then stumbles towards the player due to the sound of the door opening. A moment later, a lamp to the left of the entrance falls to the ground and shatters, causing ''Figure'' to run towards the sound. After this cutscene, ''Figure'' will stomp on the lamp and wander around The Library until Door 51 is opened.

Unique noises that may cause ''Figure'' to pursue a player include grabbing [[Library Book|library books]], opening drawers (as of [[The Mines]] update) and interacting with the padlock.<ref>[https://twitter.com/RediblesQW/status/1559933389884608515?cxt=HHwWhsC-lefJ_6UrAAAA "certain actions (like grabbing books, interacting with the padlock) can make noise that attracts him"] – RediblesQW, Twitter</ref>

''Figure''<nowiki/>'s walking speed used to increase by 0.75x for every library book collected. Now, players will not be able to outrun ''Figure'' even if the third book is collected. Players will only be able to run faster than ''Figure'' with the use of [[vitamins]].

Prior to the Floor 2 Update, when Door 51 was opened, ''Figure'' used to run to it, attempting to reach any escaped players (an invisible wall prevents it from leaving The Library). It eventually closed the door. Then, it perceived the location of every living player in The Library and pursued them at approximately 2x its normal [[Movement Speed|walking speed]] (remaining players were also made faster). It used to automatically kill any player inside of a [[Hiding|closet]] and any player it had not killed within a certain timespan.

As of the Floor 2 update, once Door 51 is unlocked and opened, the Figure won't aggressively start stalking players but rather behave normally and Guiding Light will seal the door close with their hexagram and if a player is left behind [[Void]] will teleport the player to Door 51.

===[[The Electrical Room]]===
[[File:Screenshot 2023-04-26 9.11.35 AM.png|thumb|Figure pursuing a player.]]
When The Electrical Room gate is opened, ''Figure'' will walk out from behind an indent in the wall, then crawl down the stairs and pursue the player, knowing their exact location until the player "loses" ''Figure''. After the player hides or loses ''Figure'', it will wander around the hallways in The Electrical Room. It can "sense" the player's "heartbeat" from a further range than it can in The Library.
[[File:Breakerputinswitches.gif|thumb]]
[[File:Figure burn cutscene.gif|thumb]]
Once all of the [[The Electrical Room#Breaker Switch|breaker switches]] are inserted into the circuit breaker box, a cutscene plays, in which ''Figure'' walks on a puddle of oil on the floor with an exposed electrical wire touching it. A spark produced from the wire causes the oil to ignite and be set on fire, sending ''Figure'' into a state of "panic". It runs around the hallway, slamming into the walls, before running into and smashing through a window.

After this cutscene, players will be able to complete the [[Hotel#Circuit_Breaker_Puzzle|Circuit Breaker Puzzle]]. Once it is completed, ''Figure'' will bang on the door behind the player 3 times until it breaks down. It will then run to the player at a speed much faster than the player's normal [[Movement Speed|walking speed]] (to balance this, players are given a speed boost).

At the elevator, ''Figure'' violently bangs on the door as the elevator begins to descend. As the elevator continues its decline, ''Figure'' jumps onto it, tearing off the elevator cable, plunging it into a free fall. It then falls off the elevator and into [[The Adit]].

===[[The Chasm]]===
''Figure'' returns in the Mines as a recurring enemy. Players will first encounter ''Figure'' in [[The Chasm]] between door 110-114, an open area with two bridges, where it falls from a pipe and begins wandering. ''Figure'' is unable to attack the player and will not respond to any player inputs.

===[[The Mines]]===
Beyond ''The Chasm'', there are two further encounters with ''Figure'' are that are scattered throughout, first one being at 120-125 and the second one after [[The Nest]]. The mechanics are the same as in the Hotel; you will need to sneak around and try not alert ''Figure'' while looking for the next door.

In the first encounter, around 120-125, ''Figure'' will appear in its [[Figure's Cave|cave]] and drop down across from you, and you will need to maneuver around them to access the exit door. It is fairly easy, however the ''Figure'' is able to sometimes hug the walls while wandering.

In the second encounter, around 170-175, ''Figure'' will drop down on the left side of a split generator room. It's recommended that players check the left side, going through all the lockers and drawers before heading towards the right, as the room requires two fuses to be put in a generator in order to exit. Careful when searching through these as the ''Figure'' can hear the opening of lockers and drawers.

==Notes==
===General===
*After the [[Update Logs|Hotel+ Update]], the only [[List of Entities|entities]] that can interfere with ''Figure'' (or the player, when in [[The Library]] or [[The Electrical Room]]) are: [[Jack]], [[Timothy]], [[Glitch]], and [[Void]].
*Similar to [[Seek]], ''Figure'' cannot be fully [[Crucifix|crucified]] and is only "stunned" for a few seconds.
**Attempting to crucify ''Figure'' for the first time will grant the player the "All Figured Out" [[Achievements|achievement]].
**While ''Figure'' is "stunned" by a crucifix, it cannot kill players who touch it.
**Crucifying ''Figure'' can buy players time to find a [[hiding]] space or "safe" area if they are being pursued.
***Players should be mindful where they use the crucifix on ''Figure''; in certain areas, such as a corner, it could physically block the players escape route while it is stunned.
****In such a scenario, players can get past ''Figure'' by crouching under the space between its arm and its body.
*Before The Mines update, ''Figure'' did n<nowiki/>ot react to opening containers, turning on/off items and other sources of sound, it does now.
*The Heartbeat Minigame has been curre<nowiki/>ntly removed. This means that players can hide for extended periods of time in The Library and The Electrical Room.
*Prior to The Mines update, Figures mo<nowiki/>uth light was removed from its jumpscare.

===[[The Library]]===
*There are no true "safe zones" in The Library, because even areas that are usually safe can be patrolled by ''Figure'', such as the widely used "safe spot" beside the plant near the exit door. However, the only reason ''Figure'' would enter such areas is because there are many players, and not all of them are crouching.
**An example of ''Figure'' entering the aforementioned area is in this [https://youtu.be/nOgbuCm_r2Q?t=665 video] at 11:05, in which the large number of players cause ''Figure'' to enter that area.
*''Figure'' follows a path that is very similar each run. It walks from the left side of the overlook into the middle of the hallway, walks to the entrance, and then toward both bookcases. Then it turns around and repeats.
**''Figure'' is capable of following a different path entirely.
**''Figure'' will temporarily leave its path due to player intervention, such as it pursuing a player.
***''Figure'''s path changes when a player [[revives]].
*Prior to the Hotel+ Update, stepping on debris scattered on The Library's floor would not cause ''Figure'' to pursue the player, but it would walk over to investigate.
*this will not cause ''Figure'' to react to the player.<ref>https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rJhskVstp_g - Walking quietly in The Library.</ref>
*If a player enters The Library after Door 51 closes, the ''Figure'' will jumpscare and instantly kill them, regardless of its physical location.
**As of now, Void instantly teleports players after door 51 is opened and the Guiding Light seals the door.
*''Figure'' will only despawn if no player alive is left in The Library or if The Library unloads due to Void.

===[[The Electrical Room]]===
*As soon as the lever is pulled, players will be given a speed boost, and ''Figure'' will pursue all living players, even if they are crouching or staying still.
**Players running into the large room beside the middle corridor is riskier than running into other rooms; its entrance is large, allowing ''Figure'' to easily walk through and catch detected players, and it lacks shelves for players to "hide" behind.
**Players can walk normally without being detected if the ''Figure'' does not have a direct line of sight to them, or in other words the player cannot directly see ''Figure''.
*''Figure'' can hear players' heartbeats if they are moving.
*The four corners of the hallway are barely out of ''Figure'''s path, effectively working as a <nowiki/>"safe spot", as long as the player does not move.
*''Figure'''s speed will remain th<nowiki/>e same for each breaker switch collected.
**However, since <nowiki/>''Figure'''s fully animated, it’s speed will always be similar to its normal speed and not be the speed when a player collects 2 [[Library Book|Books]] in The Library.
*After the [[Hotel#Circuit Breaker Puzzle|Circuit Breaker Puzzle]] is completed, ''Figure'' will be able to detect players "on sight" and will be able to outrun players.
*After the Hotel+ update, ''Figure'' can no longer "see" the player.
*Prior to the Hotel+ Update, ''Figure'' would turn around when it heard The Electrical Room gate open and jump from the top of the staircase. It would begin to "search" Door 99 for players and would immediately detect any players that were not hiding. If it failed to detect a player, it would walk into the previous room, and the door would abruptly close behind it. After the Circuit Breaker Puzzle was initiated, it would bang on the door every 1-2 seconds. Once a player completed the puzzle, ''Figure'' would break down the door and chase players. Staying in the breaker room would make ''Figure'' kill said player.

===[[The Mines]]===
*''Figure'' has an its first of three encounters in [[The Mines]] where it drops down from a vent in the ceiling and will wander aimlessly.
**''Figure'' is completely harmless in this first encounter.
**''Figure'' can<nowiki/>'t be di<nowiki/>stracted by [[Glowstick|Glowsticks]] in this particular encounter.

* Figure will eat Gloombats if they're in the same room

==Jumpscare==
===1st Person===
''Figure'' will extend its arms rapidly until they wrap around the player. The ''Figure'' is seen with their head and body slightly shaking. After a moment, it will shove the player into its mouth, the screen will flash blood red, and the player will die.

===3rd Person===
Figure will grab the player with two of its arms and eats the players head which causes player to die.

===[[Modifiers]]===
*If the "Come Back Here" modifier is enabled, ''Figure'''s speed will always be similar to its speed when all [[Library Book|library books]] are collected in [[2023 April Fools Event|Super Hard Mode]]; much faster than it is in the un-modified game.
*If "Again & Again & Again" is enabled, [[Ambush]] can attack alongside ''Figure''.
*If "I'm Everywhere" is enabled, [[Screech]] can attack alongside ''Figure.''
*If any modifiers that cause [[Eyes]] to always spawn are enabled, they can attack alongside ''Figure''.
*Prior to the Mines update, if "Injuries" was enabled, and the player was slowed by low [[health]], they could walk normally when near ''Figure'', because their walk speed was the same as crawling speed or lower.
**This means that, in game terms, ''Figure'' attacks not from sounds, but from the speed coming from the player. This explains why ''Figure'' does not react to globes and containers but reacts to a crawling player under vitamins or with a modifier that increases speed.
***This was changed in the Mines update, which updated ''Figure''<nowiki/>'s AI to attack based on crouching rather than movement speed.
*Prior to the Mines update, if "Didn't Skip Leg Day", "Faster Faster Faster", or "MAXIMUM OVERDRIVE" are enabled, ''Figure'' was able to hear players even if they were crouched.
**This is because prior to the Mines update, Figure's "hearing" was based on movement speed, not whether a player was crouched.

===[[2023 April Fools Event|Super Hard Mode]]===
*In [[The Library]], ''Figure'' will wear a "noob" outfit, and in [[The Electrical Room]], it will sport a John Doe outfit.
*Due to there being more library books in The Library, ''Figure'' is capable of walking much faster than it normally would after at least 9 books are collected.
**Combined with the speed boost ''Figure'' receives when The Library's exit door is opened, ''Figure'' is impossible to outrun, even if [[vitamins]] are used.
*If ''Figure'' is killed by a [[2023 April Fools Event|Holy Hand Grenade]], [[Hide]] will become inactive for the rest of the run.

=={{Icons|Door}}Bugs==
*After the [[Update Logs|Hotel+ Update]], there was previously a bug in which ''Figure'' is able to enter [[Elevator#The Electrical Room|The Electrical Room elevator]] and kill any players inside of it. Any players it kills will receive awards as if they have died on Door 100 and will not be given any 'Floor Completed' rewards.
**This bug has been fixed. Currently, when ''Figure'' reaches the elevator, it will despawn, and the ending cutscene will begin for players who have made it inside the elevator. It will instantly kill (but not jumpscare) any players who are not in the elevator by this point.
**If a player dies after the cutscene has started, they will still receive the 'Floor Completed' rewards.
*There is a bug in which ''Figu''<nowiki/>''re'''s "footstep" sounds are reset to their default speed. This usually happens when<nowiki/> ''Figure'<nowiki/>''s walk speed is very high. However, this bug will not change how quickly ''Figure'' is actually walking.
*There is a possible bug that<nowiki/> causes the game to play only far footsteps sounds when near or only one near footstep sound along with the far.
*If a player were to be killed by ''Figure'' while standing in the doorway of The Electrical Room elevator, the ending cutscene will play out with no music, the player's lower torso being the only active element, and (occasionally) ''Figure'' T-posing inside the elevator before disappearing. They are still given 'Floor Completed' rewards afterwards.<ref>https://youtu.be/hh7-WwIiauc - The Figure ending bug in action.</ref>
*There used to be a bug where ''Figure'' would move back and forth in the same place until a player alerted it by hiding in a closet or walking close to it.
*There is a bug where sometimes two ''Figures'' will spawn in the cutscene where ''Figure'' is on fire in Door 100.
**The second Figure will play the exact same cutscene as the original one.
*The Figure can sometimes appear without its ribs. This is due to faulty internet.
*If the player lures ''Figure'' to the [[Rift]], it will become bugged, causing it to be deleted once the player uses a [[Crucifix]] on it.
*There is a small chance in [[The Mines]] during figure's second encounter that he becomes stuck in his spawn position and continuously walks without moving.<ref>https://www.youtube.com/shorts/-AjYn_phBdc</ref>
*''Figure'' can get stuck when trying to reach an alarm clock.
=={{Icons|Trivia}} Strategy==
*''Figure'' always starts on the left side of [[The Library]] and travels through the middle and up the stairs. It is recommended that players start at the bottom right and go through wherever one can and hide in the corner of the randomly blocked staircase. When ''Figure'' is between the shelves, the player may crouch-run up the stairs and find more books there.
**A player can no longer hide in the far right or left corner of the randomly unblocked staircase as ''Figure'' can walk there
**After reaching the balcony, it is recommended to hide in the corners next to The Library's exit, the best spot being behind the [[Hiding|closet]] without the interaction of entering it (on the right) as ''Figure'' can walk along the left corner. After ''Figure'' goes down the stairs, the player can start looking for books upstairs.
**Using surround sound headphones or earbuds can easily help the player find [[Library Book|library books]] with its sound or know where ''Figure'' is. Using stereo or mono sounded devices can confuse the player on where those are since they may not find a library book at all or end getting ambushed by ''Figure''.
***The player may also pay attention to their screen, as it shakes every time ''Figure'' does a step, which means that they are close. The sharper the shaking, the closer ''Figure'' is to the player.
*The [[Solution Paper]] is the only decoding item that every player should get when they start collecting books. It shows the order for each number on the lock and helps decode the shapes and numbers. It can be found on the left side on the desk.
** For example, if a shape is on any of the Roman numerals, the symbol that matches with a number, (Example: Pentagon = 5 = III) this means because the pentagon is linked to both the 5 and III on the paper, 5 is the third digit in the code.
**Every shape on the code paper is randomly selected so the player should not be looking out for one exact shape every run.
*Four of the five required books can be found before the 8th book is found, although the last book that can be found is always the last shape for the lock.
**If the player is getting pursued, it's best to use [[vitamins]]<nowiki/> since they always provide enough boost to outrun the ''Figure''.
**''Figure'''s <nowiki/>speed is too fast for the player to handle, finding at least 4 right shapes and doing trial and error by keeping going up a number can in fact be recommended for people who have little experience.
*As soon as the player completes the circuit breaker puzzle, they shouldn't crouch and simply sprint for the elevator. They can also take any vitamins they have, as they have no use when the game ends (as of the Hotel+ Update).
*Once ''Figure'' has jumped out the window, and the circuit breaker puzzle is active or fixed, the players can no longer access the staircase leading to the [[Rift]], as a shelf will fall and make it impossible to bypass. Due to this, the player should store an item in the Rift before the circuit breaker puzzle is activated.
*When being pursued in The Library, it's recommended to start making sharp turns around bookshelves, as this can confuse ''Figure'', allowing the player to escape.
*Prior to the Mines update, players shouldn't crouch if they have Didn't Skip Leg Day, Faster Faster Faster or MAXIMUM OVERDRIVE on, as ''Figure'' can still hear them while crouching. Now, you can crouch all the time and ''Figure'' will not chase you
*It is recommended to bring the [[crucifix]], [[flashlight]], and vitamins to The Electrical Room, as the rooms are dark, and player may accidentally run into ''Figure''; a flashlight can help prevent this from happening, and if such an event does occur, the crucifix or vitamins will likely be useful.
**If a player is [[hiding]] in a room that may spawn a [[The Electrical Room#Breaker Switch|breaker switch]], it is recommend that they stay in the room instead of near the gap, because ''Figure'' could accidentally <nowiki/>bump into the player.
***Even if ''Figure'' accidentally runs into a player, you will still get killed anyway.
**This makes spatial hearing even more important in The Electrical Room, as the player will then be able to pinpoint ''Figure''<nowiki/>'s general location.
**The player will now need to worry about the sound emitted when recharging a [[Shakelight]] near ''Figure,'' as it can sense the sound, making it a bad light source for Door 100, because recharging a Shakelight will lead to ''Figure'' charging at the player if the sound is detected, most likely killing them.
*In The Library, it is strongly recommended that every player is near the exit door before it is opened, to ensure that every player is able to leave immediately after its opening. Otherwise, players hiding in closets will be killed by ''Figure'', and remaining players are very likely to be killed by ''Figure''.
*It's recommended to start making sharp turns around bookshelves, as this can confuse ''Figure'', allowing the player to escape.
*''Figure'' cannot hear the player at all if there is a wall between it and them or if it is far enough away from them (to the point the player cannot or can just barely hear ''Figure''<nowiki/>'s footsteps), allowing them to safely walk without having to crouch, although the player must always pay attention to ''Figure''<nowiki/>'s position and be ready to crouch again.
*In The Mines, ''Figure'' can be distracted by [[Glowstick|Glowsticks]] thrown by a player.
**This will cause ''Figure'' to aggro onto the thrown '''Glowstick''' and ignore any players that it was pursuin<nowiki/>g and will wander around the area of the glowstick for a brief period.
***<nowiki/>However, ''Figure'' will target any sounds of player<nowiki/>s moving after the '''glowstick''' had been thrown.
*<nowiki/>In The Mines, in the split room, one player can <nowiki/>hide in the generator room and keep moving around to aggro ''Figure'' while the other players find the fuses.
**<nowiki/>Keep in mind that the player will have to stop m<nowiki/>oving eventually to let the other players in and finish the room.
**<nowiki/>This strategy works best when ''Figure'' is caught r<nowiki/>ight outside the entrance of the hole. You will know this has happened if ''Figure'' repeatedly shrieks. Otherwise, it might become risky for other players to open the lockers in the inner circle.
*In The Mines, ''Figure'' ca<nowiki/>n and will detect any sounds coming from a player be<nowiki/>ing attacked by a [[Giggle]].
**This also applies to any players walking into a [[Dupe]] door and being atta<nowiki/>cked by Dupe.
**Weirdly<nowiki/> enough, opening any doors will not aggravate ''Figure'' such as one of the few side<nowiki/>-doors in one of the <nowiki/>encounters of ''Figure'' where the players are tasked to search for the <nowiki/>door and maneuver pass ''Figure''

<nowiki/>

=={{Icons|Trivia}} Trivia==
*The official soundtrack used for ''Figure''<nowiki/>'s stealth sequences is [[Soundtrack|"''Unhinged''"]]<nowiki/> and "[[Soundtracks|''Unhinged II'']]".
**''Figure'' and [[Seek]] are currently the only entities with two or more themes.
***If [[Glitch]] or [[Void]] teleports someone out of the Library, the music will continue playing for that person, even though they've technically escaped [[The Library]].
****If a player is very laggy, the music will also continue to play or overlap with the current music.
*****If the The Library is unloaded by Void or Glitch while the door is still open, the [[Soundtrack|music]] will continue playing for all players because the music ends only when the door closes normally.

*''Figure'' is completely blind, though its other senses far surpass those of a human.
**[[Ghostly Wowzers]] confirmed that ''Figure'' will never be able to see. <ref>[https://doors-game.fandom.com/wiki/Message_Wall:WowzersItsMe?threadId=4400000000000116753#4400000000000479009 Q:"Will figure ever see" A:"no"]</ref>
*''Figure''<nowiki/> has a similar behavior to Green from Rainbow Friends, as they're both blind, and both are tall. ''Figure'' can kill players in a closet similar to Green being able to kill players in a box. Both of them also move their arms for better navigation. However, unlike ''Figure'', Green does not relate on sound.
**It also shares similarities with Warden from Minecraft, both creatures being tall, blind, having exposed bones and getting aggressive with sounds being made.
*''Figure''<nowiki/>'s head and facial features are based on the Sandworm from Dune. {{Fact}}
**''Figure''<nowiki/>'s mouth somewhat resembles a [https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sea_lamprey Sea Lamprey']s mouth.

*There is a high chance ''Figure'' will be stuck for a few seconds in the hallways of Door 100.
*''Figure'' has a rare chance to get stuck and not move on pillars or on [[Hiding|closets]].
*''Figure''<nowiki/>'s roar and growls are the "[https://www.roblox.com/library/2118376406/Scylla-growl Scylla growl]" sound by supernob123 at a higher pitch.
* Before the Hotel+ update, ''Figure'' would make higher pitched roars at Door 100 than during Door 50. This sound file can still be found, and it is unknown if this file will be used in the future.
* The description for the achievement when escaping the Library references the song "[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PfYnvDL0Qcw We Are Number One]" from Lazy Town (specific lyric found at 1:06).{{Fact}}
*Inside of ''Figure''<nowiki/>'s model, there's a sound labeled "[https://www.roblox.com/library/6535784827 Awesome]". When played it makes an "oh my god" meme sound effect.
**This sound would be later reused in the 2023 April Fools Event as ''Figure''<nowiki/>'s death sound when killed by a [[2023 April Fools Event#Holy Hand Grenade|Holy Hand Grenade]]. It is unknown why the sound was always there prior.
***''Unhinged'' immediately stops playing in the Library after ''Figure'' is killed by the Holy Hand Grenade, unless when ''Figur''e is killed during the cutscene
*''Figure'' is one of the few entities able to alter the player's corpse. In this case, ''Figure'' decapitates or tears off the head of the player.
*There is a low chance that when grabbing a player's head, ''Figure''<nowiki/>'s hand will get stuck inside of the floor, causing it to be stuck. This will make it much easier to escape the Library, and also allows other players to grab illicit items.
*Before the Hotel+ update, there was a somewhat low and somewhat high chance that ''Figure'' would get stuck in the wall at Door 98. When this happens, the player is freely able to walk right through the door and investigate. However, ''Figure'' can break free of the wall and kill the player, or this might not happen at all.
**''Figure''<nowiki/>'s body was a ragdoll, which is why it may get stuck.
*''Figure''<nowiki/>'s animations were improved in the Hotel+ update, being done by [[jasper_creations]], who is more skilled in animation.<ref>[https://twitter.com/RediblesQW/status/1587136606816948227?cxt=HHwWhsC-tbeV0oYsAAAA "splash did the current animations, though they are being redone by a professional"] – RediblesQW, X</ref>
*''Figure'' is one of three entities able to escape the [[crucifix]], the others being Seek and the [[Grumble]]. Lore-wise, this seems to be because they are the strongest and smartest of the entities, and mechanics-wise this seems to happen to justify their rematches later on in their respective floors.
*''Figure''<nowiki/>'s Crucifix achievement icon model likely comes from [https://mobile.twitter.com/RediblesQW/status/1559615008648085505 this video] by [[RediblesQW]].
** This can be prevented by leaving the closet while ''Figure'' is attempting to detect the player, as the game would automatically equip what the player has equipped prior to entering the closet.
*Unlike the Crucifix, the Holy Hand Grenade can actually kill ''Figure'', making it an easy way to beat doors 50 and 100.
**If the Holy Hand Grenade is used on ''Figure'' after it shuts the exit door after the exit door is unlocked, the player is now stuck in The Library, and the only way to get out is to either die and revive or get attacked by Void.
*When using Roblox's Free Camera behind the door inside the overview area of the Breaker Room inside the Electrical Room, the player can see shelves and a corridor at the end with a broken window. This explains how ''Figure'' was able to re-enter the Electrical Room after previously falling out of a window.<ref>https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xsDL3NBXyyI - Electrical Door with Free Camera.</ref>
*It is implied that the ''Figure'' was the one who made the scratches that are seen throughout the Hotel. <ref name=":0">[https://doors-game.fandom.com/wiki/Message_Wall:WowzersItsMe?threadId=4400000000000116753#4400000000000479009 Q:"Why is there scratches in room after shop (about)" A:"its implied figure made them"]</ref>
**If one investigates the room where ''Figure'' comes from at the Electrical Room, they will find that it is not actually a room, but a little corner with a small patch of flesh on the ground. This could mean that the flesh piles around the Hotel may also serve as 'spawn points' for ''Figure'' to appear.
**By that logic however, it is unknown why there are none in the Library, and why it doesn't appear from the several other piles throughout the building. However, [[El Goblino]] does mention that ''Figure'' passed through [[Jeff Shop|Jeff's Shop]], so there is a chance that ''Figure'' locked itself in the Library.
***However, the lock to door 51 is found ''inside'' the library, ''Figure'' being blind would have had no way to set the lock itself. One likely theory is that it may have been locked in by [[Guiding Light]] or El Goblino.
**These flesh piles also usually spawn in rooms after the Library, so ''Figure'' could have wandered to the Library, wrecking these damaged rooms and making the scratches in the rooms in the process.
*The ''Figure'' and [[Halt]] are two of the only entities that 'chase' players. [[Rush]], [[Ambush]], and Seek all simply run to the next door; Glitch, and Void go towards the direction of the player(s) but won't follow the player if they go out of their path. [[Snare]] acts as a non-moveable entity and the other entities will jumpscare but not chase the player as they are scripted to go in the direction of the player.
**The other such entity is [[The Rooms|A-120]].
*Before the Door 50 cutscene, ''Figure'' T-poses. Players can safely go near ''Figure'' without dying, due to its code not being activated yet.
**You can access this T-posing Figure using a [[Movement Speed|speed]] [[Modifiers|modifier]]; the door will open without animation. The animation will only play when players open door 51. The bug can also happen if [[The Rooms|A-60]] opens [[The Library|door 50]]<ref>https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/1206986922065666048/1209506741247672340/Clip_-_20022024_171245.mp4?ex=65f0666e&is=65ddf16e&hm=c46ea5439e14a3bfb93ff2b081e51b374e16bc90ee16bc7bdc307f7144766a68&</ref> with the use of "Room For More" modifier.
***Players can move T-posing ''Figure'' body with a speed modifier enabled, you can move in a place where he can be seen in the cutscene causing 2 Figure to be seen.
*On May 20, 2023, ''Figure''<nowiki/>'s teeth texture has not shown yet due to the moderation that violates TOS Violent Content and Gore, which has appeared to be a blood pistol bullet wound, making the ''Figure''<nowiki>'</nowiki>s teeth textureless.{{Fact}}
*The sound that plays when Figure dies when killed with the Holy Hand Grenade comes from [https://youtu.be/KpiLWi6wlIs this video].
*There are exactly 24 teeth in ''Figure''<nowiki/>'s mouth.
*''Figure'' may possibly have a brain.<ref>[https://doors-game.fandom.com/wiki/Message_Wall:WowzersItsMe?threadId=4400000000000118605#4400000000000491156 Q:"Where the heck is figures brain? His(?) head is hollow as heck" A:"it's in there somewhere.. probably.. maybe"]</ref>
*''Figure'' seems to be the only entity that is made out of flesh and bone.
** The walking sound of ''Figure'' has a brief sound of tearing/creaking flesh.
*The ''Figure'' has a glowing mouth because LSPLASH thought it looked cool.<ref> [https://twitter.com/LightningSplash/status/1699838102817370463?t=uP22zvdIAWjbrSroYVLZZw&s=19 "thought it was cool" -LSPLASH, Twitter] </ref>
*In the Library, ''Figure'' only detects sound which, sarcastically, emphasizes that the player should stay quiet in libraries.
*If [[Gloombats]] fly into a room with ''Figure'', it will eat them until there are none remaining.
