What I do on the wiki:

My edits usually consist of correcting or adding information, I usually also adjust the code to be more consistent and reduce the amount of lines.
I edit mostly the Update Logs page because I'm weird and take note of small useless changes to DOORS.
You'll also sometimes see me edit the page for whatever the latest update is.
