Move to "NVCS-3000"
The item is called NVCS-3000 in the game, as shown in the shop when it was "added" for April Fools. It is only called "Scanner" outside the game. I think this makes it appropriate to move the page to NVCS-3000 but keep Scanner as a redirect.
